Satara Uthayakumaran

Satara Uthayakumaran is a Sri Lankan Australian writer, currently studying a Bachelor of Arts/Laws at the Australian National University. She has previously written for publications including ABC, They Sydney Morning Herald, Diversity Arts Australia, Meanjin and the ACT Human Rights Commission. Satara is a Board Member of the Domestic Violence Crisis Centre and a Youth Ambassador for Anti-Slavery Australia. The languages spoken in her home are English, Tamil and Auslan.
